How to get an invitation letter from our university?

If you would like to apply for the invitation letter to apply for others’ visa, please prepare these documents as follow:

  1. 2 photocopies of your (student’s) visa
  2. 2 photocopies of your (student’s) passport
  3. 2 photocopies of the passport of people you are inviting
  4. Application Form for Invitation Letter

The cost of invitation letter application is 1800 rubles. (Feb 2011)

Then, you must meet with Svetlana (Person-in-charge of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year students) and ask for Ekaterina, person-in charge of invitation letter. The processing time should be about 1 month. You should contact Svetlana again after 1 month and ask whether your invitation letter is ready.

After that, you can proceed with visa application at the respective Russian embassy.

Note! You can also choose to get the invitation letter from travel agencies of your choice, or even do it online.
