Guide to Make a RESO card

Hey,

This is a simple guide on how to make a new RESO card:

1. Pay around 180USD at the bank at dean’s office. All payments should be made under Mos-Lanka, notified as RESO Card Application

2. You will receive a receipt (Квитанция) and bring it to Mos-Lanka.

3. Hand it to their staff (ask them first to be sure). They will explain the procedures that you should do next.

Make sure to collect your RESO card as soon as it is ready.

If you lost your Reso Card, simply call Mos-Lanka, give your name and academic year, they will do a new one for you without charge.

  issit necessary to have reso card in order to do our attachment in russia?? i called mos lanka today n they said tat they will only receive payment durin summer when we start our new semester. i was told tat dekanat r responsible to receive payment for time time. can u guys help to comfirm these 2 matters?? thanks.. =)

    No, you only need RESO card for medical check-up. If you are referring to your fees, we would like to inform you that actually our dean’s office is re-evaluating all agents in MMA. Therefore, there might be changes and that’s why all further payments are halted until the reviews are completed. We will update it as soon as we get any news.
