From Our Dean’s Office

Hi everyone,

Just a few reminders and infomation from our dean’s office.

• Lena’s office has been moved to 1119 (previously was 1115) today, so please don’t see her this week because she’s busy packing and unpacking, unless it’s something urgent.

• The office of Visa and Registration has also been moved to 1125 today. Please be informed.

• Next week, please bring these two items to Lena:

1. Зачётная книжка (зачётка) (Credits Book). She needs to double check the marks and credits, she’ll return it to us after 15th July.
2. Обходной лист. Please do get all the signatures first.

She’ll definitely return the credits books to us before end of July because she’s on holidays in August. Then, you can get your signatures for practical and pass it back to her this September.

  The visa department will be opened for the whole of august. They work in shifts.
