As the Head and Assistant of the Welfare Bureau, one will shoulder the following responsibilities:

  1. Being the primary source of information and assistance for the students who have any needs or questions concerning any issues that may affect their well being and quality of life.
  2. Being the main coordinator of the Welfare Response Team, whose primary task is to see to the immediate needs of students who are in situations, eg. High fever, lost passport, assault etc.
  3. Being the person overseeing the team responsible for the first aid boxes located in various hostels. Also tasked with maintenance of the boxes.
  4. Being the intermediate between the Deans’ Office and the students in the area of new developments concerning student affairs and welfare, eg:  New visa requirements, procedures for acquiring permissions etc.

Welfare of the people shall be the Supreme Law
